About Me

I graduated from the Florida Academy of Massage in 1995. I began my career as a relaxation therapist, working in chiropractic offices. I soon began to realize that Swedish full body massage had a limited effect on my clients who suffered with chronic pain.

In 2002 I attended the ND AMTA Chapter Convention where I saw Paul St. John present his method of neuromuscular therapy and witnessed the most impressive demonstration of hands on manuel manipulation (massage) I have ever seen. I was hooked and have been studying and practicing Paul St. John's approach since. In 2006 I became certified in the St. John Method of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy. I am currently studying and working toward certification in Paul's latest inovation, integrative neurosomatic therapy. I also incorporate and study many other massage modalities in balancing my client's structure and helping them to be pain free.

Serving people in pain is my passion, and it is my goal to continue to grow as a therapist and help my clients on their path to health and happiness.
